Buen Paso Digital uses the information you share to respond to your inquiries about websites, online stores, assistants, and automation.
Who handles your data
Buen Paso Digital manages this site and the assistant on its Facebook page. You can contact us at buenpasodigital@gmail.com or via the business WhatsApp +51 972 357 360.
What information we receive
- The content of the messages and comments you send us, and any project details you choose to share.
- Your conversation ID and the contact information provided by the channel or by you, such as your name or phone number.
- On WhatsApp, photos and screenshots you send as project references. The assistant does not analyze documents.
- Technical data needed to maintain the connection, record response status, and protect the service.
How we use it
We use it to answer inquiries, explain our services, prepare quote requests, retain conversation context, and help a Buen Paso Digital team member follow up. We do not sell information from your conversations.
AI assistant and human support
Replies to private messages may be generated using OpenAI artificial intelligence. To do so, the inquiry and recent context from that same conversation are sent; on WhatsApp, supported reference images may also be sent. Public comments receive a standard invitation to message privately and are not sent to OpenAI to generate that reply.
The person responsible for Buen Paso Digital may review requests and receive notifications with a summary to continue assisting you. Do not send passwords, access codes, card details, medical information, or other sensitive data through these channels. The assistant provides guidance on business projects and does not independently confirm payments or appointments.
Services involved
We use Meta for Facebook, Messenger, and WhatsApp; OpenAI to generate AI responses; Hostinger to host the assistant; and Cloudflare Pages to publish this site. These providers may process information to deliver their services and apply their own privacy terms, including in countries other than yours.

Data retention
Conversation history and request records stored in the assistant’s database are automatically deleted once they are more than 30 days old. Only recent context from each conversation is used to respond. Images received via WhatsApp are kept temporarily in the messaging connection for a configured maximum of 10 minutes; the assistant does not store image files in the conversation database.
Deleting data from our assistant does not delete messages from Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, your device, or other providers’ systems. Those services’ own policies govern how long they retain data.
Access, correction, and deletion
You can request information about your data, correct information you have provided, or ask us to delete the history and requests stored by the assistant. Write to us at the email address provided and share only the details needed to locate your conversation. We may ask you to verify your identity through the same channel to prevent someone else from requesting deletion of your data.
